From a single consultant to a multi-disciplinary firm: the milestones that built an Architectural Wealth practice, and the structure that turns founder effort into a protected, lasting legacy.
Every structure worth preserving was first drawn as a single line. DAMA began the same way, one founder, one client, one conviction: that the wealth a business builds should be the wealth its owner keeps.
It started in boardrooms and in the books. Years of hands-on consulting revealed a pattern hiding in plain sight: hard-working founders generating real revenue, yet quietly bleeding it back out through fragile structures, overpaid taxes, and unprotected personal wealth.
What follows is the chronology of that evolution. Each milestone is another pillar raised into a single, unified structure for wealth, engineered so that founder effort compounds into an exit-ready, transferable legacy. This is how a solo practice became DAMA Design & Build.
Eight milestones, seven years, one mission: the evolution of DAMA from a consultant at the table to the architect of business legacy.
